Arlington’s Colonial Village neighborhood has been named the best place to live in America by the ranking website Niche. 

The historic, garden-style apartment and condo complex, located next to Rosslyn and Courthouse, is home to nearly 3,000 people and boasts lower housing costs compared to other nearby neighborhoods.

Arlington as a whole was ranked as the No. 4 “Best City to Live in America,” offering an urban feel, with many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
