Rock the South, one of Alabama’s premier music festivals, is set to rock Cullman from July 18th to July 20th, 2024. This highly anticipated event will feature top-notch performances from renowned artists, the likes of which include Eric Church, Hardy, and Jelly Roll.

Location and Basic Info

The festival will take place at York Farms, 1872 County Road 469, Cullman, AL 35057.

This year’s festival wristbands have an RFID chip, making it easier to come and go. You can also rent chairs and skip the hassle of bringing one with you to the festival.

Artist Lineup and Events

This year is an all-star lineup of performers, like Eric Church, Gretchen Wilson, Oliver Anthony, Flatland Cavalry, Kidd D, and Dee Jay Silver.

Lots of great events are planned too, including the Honky Tonk Hideaway, with live acoustic guitar music and line-dancing lessons. There will be a Ferris Wheel, a mechanical bull, and a misting forest to cool off from the hot, Southern sun.

Accommodation and Parking

For those driving to the festival, there are convenient parking facilities available at York Farms.

RV and tent camping

Both RV and car camping spots are available at the festival, and some of the RV sites have power hookups. There are also both restrooms and showers onsite. RV camping without power is $750, and RV camping with power is $1,350. If you choose a site without power, you are allowed to bring a generator.

You can also stay Greerbillies Campground, which is just a 0.5 mile walk to the festival. It is cheaper than staying onsite at York Farms. They have a 4-night RV camping package for $600, with a generator. Tent camping is available and starts from $250.

Other tent and camping options include the Palomino RV Resort and Smith Lake Park.
